Absolutely gutted. Dd is about to turn 7 and the 5 adult teeth she has all have white flecks and signs of fluorosis. I HATE my own teeth and have been super-vigilant with my three kids since I wanted them all not to be self-conscious when talking/smiling as it is a horrible way to go through life.

We have never missed a night or morning of teeth-brushing. Milk and water have been the main forms of fluid intake but it would appear that she has swallowed too much paste when brushing. Today my dentist was unperturbed and suggested it isn't too bad and that it will fade in time. I'm hugely upset and wondered if this damage is irrevocable?
