I bumped my 4 month old's head yesterday

Total accident, I walked out of the kitchen as DH walked in carrying DS and the door caught him on the side of the head. He cried a little but was fine and although I felt awful I kind of forgot about it. He's not been himself today, sleeping loads during the day, off his food and although he's usually asleep by 10ish he's still awake and screaming. Have I really hurt him? Do I need to take him to hospital? :(

Oh my god I called NHS 24 and they've sent us to Yorkhill. I am panicking.

Hope he's okay. Im assuming Yorkhill is a hospital, so you are taking him to the right place.

DaleyBum · 01/04/2014 01:07

Oh sorry, it's a children's hospital. It's not even our local hospital.

How is he??

candycoatedwaterdrops · 01/04/2014 08:53

NHS 24 tend not to mess around with small babies. How is he?

DaleyBum · 02/04/2014 00:54

Sorry I never came back! He's totally fine, has a bug working on him. Just coincidence that it happened the day after I bumped his head. So thankful he's okay :)
