4 yo still having accidents during the day...

Anybody had this? He has never been dry during the day (or night) and I am being referred to a (private) specialist.
I just dont know if this is lazyness or a real problem...
Why would he sometimes feel he needs to pee, and not other times?...

Could hebe constipated? It can affect bladder function I think.

Sometimes he may be 'busy' or 'engrossed" that he forgets to go or realises to late that he needs to go.

It happens alot and very often

Could you try setting an alarm for every half an hour - 40 minutes to remind him to go, and you to remind him. If he still wets himself between reminders, then it sounds like could be something medical.
