chicken pox baths, bicarb?

How much bicarb should I put in a bath to help soothe chicken pox?

I put in half a pot each time. Have you got old fashioned porridge oats? They work wonders, I wrapped a large handful in some netting (cut from a dressing up dress or a muslin) tied of with a hair bobble and used that in the bath.

I Got a big 200g tub of sodium bicarb from chemist, so half of that?

Am on hols so no porridge here but could always get some from the shops.but no muslin !
