Chicken pox rash, nappy area only?

My DSs pre school had a chicken pox outbreak gouge last couple of weeks, he seems to have escaped it so far, but 11 month old DD now has what look like the spots badly between her bum cheeks, a few up towards the front and 1 on her face. She's been unwell for a couple of days too. Is it likely to be very localised pox, or nappy rash due to another illness. I've only ever seen chicken pox spread over the whole child.

Ignore, there is one on her hand and one in her nostril now, we have the pox!
