Is this normal? Booster injections.

3 yearl old dd1 had her boosters this afternoon. Tonight she has been very tearful, has aching arms and is very very restless. She's trying desperately to sleep but just can't settle :( he's had neurofen with very little effects.

She has allergies and doesn't normally have more than 1 injection at a time due to her reacting to her 6 week ones (legs swollen, bright red, uncontrollable temp) but as she hasnt reacted since and she's old enough to remember I agreed to let them do both today. I'm feeling awful as she just wants to sleep but can't seem to switch her brain off and is constantly jumping herself awake.

Should I be concerned or is this normal side effects?
