10yo Ds' asthma has been v hard to control, he needs prednisolone about every two months despite being on adult dose Seretide and montelukast. His respiratory paed ran some blood tests and his IgE is off the scale for dust mite. He's suggested Omalizumab and is waiting for the 'big boss' at the John Radcliffe to agree.
Does anyone have experience of it?
