Earache after swimming....

Hi,
My daughter (5) has recently started swimming under water - so exciting!
But....she now complains of earache afterwards.

Has anyone tried the 'SwimEar' drops? or any drops, or ear plugs for their children?

Any recommendations or advice please?

Watching with interest because ds gets regular ear infections and I dread swimmong
