anyone use any herbal/homeopathic treatments for the regulation of hormones in puberty? My dd (10) is really starting to suffer with "rushes" of hormones and I really wanted to try and help her somehow!

Have you actually had "rushes" or hormones diagnosed? Or are you theorising from the symptoms?

If the latter, what are he actual symptoms you are seeking to ameliorate?

no i haven't but its highly likely due to her development etc. The syptoms we are trying to help with are the mood related ones, ie quick to tears, anger etc.
