I think DS2 has psoriasis on his temple. When he eats its seems to irritate it, he itches like mad, cries and then can't focus on food. I've been giving him a porridge bath (oats in muslin), and am off to get some good moisturizer, but any other thoughts? Will the GP be able to give him anything that will make a real difference (that the oats and moisturizer won't?)

My advice would be to ditch all moisturisers and use good quality oils like Palmers or the new garnier ones.

I find moisturises burn me and make my skin even more sensitive.

My psoriasis advice is to leave well alone .
In theory oats should be good for the skin but, they are high in nickel and can sometimes aggravate psoriasis .
My specialist used to recommend aqueous cream only-to wash with and moisturise with. Not sure if its ok for babes .
Is it definitely psoriasis ?
Keep a food diary.

Gp can give steroid cream .
My psoriasis is not itchy once it is at the visible stage ,I wonder if it is psoriasis or if it may be infected.

Thanks all. Off to the GP this am as it seems worse and you're right, I don't know it's psoriasis...
