Some questions about baby teeth!

Hi,

my little DS (27 weeks now) has had

• this first tooth (lower incisor) at 23 weeks
• second one (lower incisor) at 24 weeks
• third one (upper incisor) at 27 weeks exactly

Three questions:

1. The two lower incisors still don't appear to be fully out (one I'd say is about half out, one a bit less) - how long does it take for the full tooth to emerge?
2. If one of the pair is there, how long are we likely to have to wait for the other one? In the lower pair, No 2 was five days behind No 1, but No 4 doesn't appear to do the same (It'd be five days tomorrow...)
3. How often do you brush teeth at that age? I just use my finger to put some baby tooth paste on it every night. Should I do it twice a day?

I don't think there is a set time with when they appear or how long they take to come but as for brushing I used a finger toothbrush for my son t least once a day and twice once he had a few teeth. Five years on he still loves to brush his teeth. He had all his teeth by 20 months.
My daughter is not the same I must add, hates the tooth brush and has 8 teeth at 13 months.
