Baby reflux - advice please! Worse after jabs?

Hi my baby is 8 weeks and suffers with reflux. It seemed to be getting better and we were having some really good days. However since Tues, it's been really bad again.

She had her jabs on Tues and I heard that makes it flare up but if that happened to you, when did it calm down again?

Any other reflux advice or advice on what to do when they're crying/screaming would be great too!

DS had reflux. I co-slept with him as laying flat was agonising for him. To be honest, until I got a referral and he was prescribed domperidone and ranitidine it was hard work. I bf and I think when I stopped eating dairy it helped.
