Hi
DS (aged 20 mo) fell on the corner of a hard plastic toy 6pm yesterday and bumped/ (tiny) cut his forehead. He cried immediately, did not change colour, vomit, leak fluid from nose or ears and stopped crying quite quickly and was normal in speech and behaviour.
Today he has been fine, eating, jolly etc but seems to have fallen over - tripped over feet etc - more than usual. Am hoping I'm being paranoid, what do you think? No other signs of injury.
Thank you.

It sounds to me like you're just being paranoid! Toddlers do fall a lot, and it doesn't sound like a severe or alarming bump. I think you'd see other symptoms if there was a problem.

However, do keep an eye on him, and if you feel that something isn't right, do get him checked over. I'm sure the doctors would rather see a well child than risk not seeing a poorly one.

Could be a tiny bit concussed but not sure since ge seemed ok afterwards.

I'd just keep an eye on him for a day or two.
