Teeth grinding

Hi all,

DD's nearly 3 and she's grinding horrendously in her sleep - not just clicking or clenching - proper grinding, which sounds so damaging to her teeth and it just goes through me. I have to nudge her/turn her over to stop it, so none of us are getting any sleep at the moment! Her last baby tooth is half way through so I'm hoping it's just a phase and is related to that.

Have you heard of anything you can give them to ease it? What can I do?
Thanks!

Poor thing! Nothing helpful to add re grinding - I do this and just wanted to say it can lead to stiff neck and shoulder pain, just to make you aware. I have a bite guard to wear while sleeping but she's probably too young. Good luck with it.
