earache

did has earache, did have perforated eardrum a week or so ago. another cold and she is crying again. it doesn't smell (doc said previously I would smell if infected) I've given capol and she has a hot water bottle to her ear. she is 5. capol given 30 mins ago. any suggestions or tips? She is in quiet a bit of pain

No suggestions but sound like she has an ear infection. I would go back to the GP.

Yes it's just like last time. I think it's the pressure that causes the pain and once/if it tears it relieves it. She woke up crying about 10ish and I was hoping to make her feel better now. She is with me on sofa watching lazytown now which has distracted her enough to stop whimpering. Will try and see someone tomorrow if it continues.
