Yellow diarrhoea in 12 month old.

DS has had yellow, runny (leaky) poo for about 4 days. He's off his milk and food a little and is a bit grizzly.

I'm going to try and see a Dr tomorrow.

Could it be due to teething? Are there any foods I could try him with that'll help?

Sounds like rotavirus - v common in under 5s. Hope he feels better soon!
