Dd who is 3.5 had red itchy rash in vagina and anus. I tried a bit of canesten for 2 days but now she has what looks like ringworm taking hold all around her bum area (I had it particularly bad years ago so i know it is this). I plan to use anti fungal but I'm not sure about the fact I'm sure it's in her vagina/around anus. It has been particularly sore/itchy for her - occasionally mildly bleeding. Do u think I can use anti fungal here or should I get the drs to take a look?
