Hi there guys,
What would I do without mumsnet to guide me through my first months as being a new mum!! Thank you in advance!!??

Anyway, how would YOU treat cradle cap? (My DD only has it in her eyebrows at present)
Also would you use any lotions / potions or any other treatment for baby acne? She has it on face and neck.

DS still has cradle cap at 5 ( although only slightly and now he has hair you can only see it if looking for it) so I'm not an expert.
We've tried various things but if it's not bothering your child I'd leave it, it will usually lessen /go away on it's own.
If it is, I'd start off trying mild treatments baby/olive oil massaged on when having a bath perhaps moving on to cradle cap shampoo.
One thing is to not pick at the scales, wipe/wash or brush away loose ones, as sometimes picking can lead it infection which does require treatment.
