Question about chickenpox and reinfection

Dd1 (4.10yo) had chickenpox. She had a lot of spots; was under the weather for about 5 days with day 4 being what I would call poorly (temperature, tired, sleeping).

Dd2 (20mo) now has it but has so few spots I can count them. Other than grizzling prior to getting the rash, she is pretty fine.

I've heard that people can get chickenpox twice - is that likely if you only had it mildly the first time?

TIA

two of mine had it twice, both were pickled the first time (separate occasions) confirmed by a doctor, they caught it from friends,

They then had it again pickled as bad as the first time.

Most people do not get it twice, but quite a lot of people do.
