Reflux in Toddlers

Does anyone have an experience of Reflux in Toddlers? Specifically with reflux linked to food intolerances (inc CMPI).

Can find reams of info re: reflux in small babies & reflux in adults. But I'm lost in some sort of black hole in the middle.

My toddler has reflux from CMPA. It got worse once he turned one so was put on omeprazole.

He's 21 months now and it's still ongoing. Gave him a brief trial recently without the meds and he started vomiting again when running around after his evening milk. Poor little thing. I really thought it would have home by now.

Dd is 3.3 and still suffers from this but no obvious allergies.

I only figured out that her nighttime "episodes" were silent reflux attacks recently! That's why I feel in a black hole. Everything I read about reflux talks about them growing out of it by 6 or 12mo. And I didn't figure out CMPI til 14mo and reflux til 18mo! I feel like we're going backwards.

Do you have any other food trigger Superworm? And is your girl just always refluxy Bea?

I feel like we have other food triggers, but the I spoke to the dietitian for the first time since she started ranitidine, and she dismissed it. And said that she may have other intolerances which mimic reflux symptoms but that aside from dairy, no other foods will cause reflux in children. Which feels like nonsense. But I suppose would explain why she is still having (what seem like) reflux episodes whilst on the Ranitidine.

Any wisdom?
