11mo tiptoe walking on one foot only

The other foot is flat. He can put both feet flat but it's quite rare that he does it and he needs to have his feet quite far apart. He doesn't seem in any pain or have any problems with it, he can put his full weight on it and I can push it down flat, his affected foot turns naturally inwards too.
He started cruising around the furniture about 2 months ago and I noticed it but ignored it thinking he was just 'finding his feet' but now other people (close friends and family) have noticed.
His baby and 6 week checks showed no hip problems, his legs seem the same length and there's no irregular skin folds or creases. I'm a bit lost, I will make a doctors appointment but does anyone else have any experience of this?
Thanks
