DS (23 months) started a cold Christmas Day. Not too bad but then got high temperature 39.6 not going down so saw ooh gp Sunday. She said no obvious infections throat was 'a bit red' but gave antibiotics anyway as temp was so high.
Finished antibs yesterday temperature was back to normal although DS was very moody and still not eating but hes a bad eater normally so not too worried.
Today we've been out all day at the zoo as we thought DS needed some fun after being ill. Got home and temperature is back up to 38. Feel like such a bad mother for taking him out all day.
Should I go back to gp in the morning even if temperature come down?
