Wheezing 14 month old

DS - 14 months - has had a cough for more than a month onto now. Sometimes it seems that it's getting better then comes right back. He saw the doc a few weeks ago and his chest is clear, just one of the may winter viruses. Now since yesterday I can hear him wheezing a bit, still coughing lots. No temp and generally fine in himself. Does he need to see doc again, is it a chest infection now?

Is he struggling to breath at all? sucking in under his ribs or the bottom of his neck while breathing? Is he breathing faster than normal? If yes to any of them then he needs seeing today.

Otherwise have you tried stream to try to clear his airways a bit?

if worried get him checked over at OOH, can do no harm even if just to reassure you

Doesn't seem to be struggling to breathe, no blue lips or anything. Eating, drinking and playing but an unrelenting cough and this wheeze which I'd never heard before

Take him to get checked over, they may be able to give an inhaler or something to help sooth the cough
