MMR side effects

my 13mth ds had mmr vaccine 14 days ago. Today he had a rash on his face, off his food, hot, grumpy, a bad cough anc runny nose. Is this normal after mmr. the rash has now gone.

I think mine had rashes after having MMR - one quite badly so, as I remember.

Could just be coincidence though. There's a lot of bugs going around as it's winter.... no way of knowing really - I would just keep an eye and if he seems not himself then whip him back to GP.
