slapped cheek and vomiting

I think my 2yo DS has slapped cheek virus. His cheeks are bright red like comedy clown face and there is a slight bumpy rash there too.
However he was very sick last night, vomitted 3 times then continued to bring up fluid/bile through the night.
The nhs website doesn't mention vomitting although it does say upset stomach, has anyone had experience of child vomitting with slapped cheek? Thanks

I recommend going to the doctors as hey will have seen these kind of rashes loads & be able to say for sure, the reason I say this is that my DS had what I thought was slapped cheek - all the symptoms you describe, I'd googled pictures and everything, turned out it was excema caused by an allergy. Not saying your DS has an allergy, but just that without going to see a doctor you won't know what it is.
