Spotty / scabby baby

DD 5 months has always been mildly spotty on the back of her neck and under her chin, GP said it was baby acne and would go away in time. The ones under her chin have clustered into a few little (about 1cm or less) red, dry crusty patches. There hasn't been any oozing or blisters so I'm unsure where the scabiness has come from, do I need to go back to the GP? Do I need to put sudocrem or anything on them in the meantime?

Yes, maybe GP or HV. I don't know if sudocrem will help tbh, I have always used it as a barrier cream rather than a moisturiser. Does it seem sore and itchy ?
Some one much wiser than me will be along shortly.
Good luck.
