Ds is 13 months and switched to just cows milk 3 weeks ago. He was previously bf.

Since switching his poo has been very pale. He's eating normally and has a good appetite. Is this normal when they go onto cows milk?

Yes they do change colour then and take a few weeks to settle down

Can also happen if they get a virus, not sure why! See your doctor if they are white rather than just pale as this can indicate a liver problem.

My baby similar age has had pale poo for ages, changed to normal now. She had it running alongside virus after virus.

Ds's poo was pale, loose and skinny, only changed to normal when we took him off dairy - is intollerant - might just be ur lo adjusting to new diet and guy getting used to it
