All three DCs have been diagnosed with it with various severity, two DCs are in quite a lot of pain most of the time.

Im wondering it it will limit them in life, my eldest DD(13) wanted to learn to skate, but found it imposible as he ankles just turned inwards and caused her great pain, she was also builled awfully at school (was repeadtly called a spastic Sad) and resulted in her developing a school phobia and is home schooled and very depressed.

My youngest DD wants to do ballet and dance am very worried she won't be able too and will be heart broken so am worried to sight her up for lessons.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Best advice I was ever given was by prof Grahame as a teen.

Keep moving.

Don't stop.

Just pace yourself.
