3yo DS has been vomiting every hour or so since 3am - so around 14 hours now. No diarrhoea but every time he has a sip of water, he brings it up half an hour later. He is complaining of tummy ache but his stomach is soft and he isn't guarding. Tried dioralyte but he won't drink it. Just a bit worried about dehydration. He won't touch food and is now just bringing up water and bile. At what point should I be concerned? Was planning on seeing how he is in the morning before getting dr involved but do people think this is too long to wait? He is stil in nappies and is producing small amounts of urine. Just thought he'd be starting to improve now and he just isn't.

Give the OOH doctor a call and at least get some advice from them.

I would get him checked out, he is at risk of dehydration. If he's not producing many wet nappies that's a sign you need to either get him seen or phone OOH. Is his skin dry? Do his eyes look sunken? If you squeeze his fingernails how long does it take for the colour to come back? It should be less than 2 seconds.
