Bump on head and earahe

Ds apparently got rugby tackled in the school playground and fell on the back of head. He cried and they checked him over. He says his head still feels sore but tonight complained of earache too. He has had a cold and gets ear ache but feel worried it is connected. He ate his tea up and is now asleep. Will keep checking on him but should I be doing anything more?

I would get him checked out. We are in the middle of complications from a head injury and it's a nightmare.

I always err on the (very) cautious side though.

Do you think I should take him now. Here by self with 2 children. He is sleeping peacefully

Can you wake him? Does he have any bruising behind his ears?

I'd call 111 if I were you. They can advise you better wrt time frames etc.
