Toddlers and flu jab

Dd is 18 months old and I can't decide if she should have the flu jab. She doesn't go to childcare but we do go to a mother and toddler group. She's not high risk (no asthma etc) but all the advice seems to say all kids should have it.

What's the MN wisdom on toddlers having the flu jab?

Will it be the nasal flu vaccine?

Let her have it. Why risk it, flu is awful.

My 3 yo has been offered it and we declined. He is not in an at risk group, is a normal, healthy toddler and I think there is not enough research into these kind of things.
He has had all tho the normal immunisations.

I'm a practice nurse. At 18 months she's not eligible if not in a high risk group. Only those plus 2 and 3 year olds this year. Possibly to be rolled out to all 2-18 year olds in years to come.
