Hello,

DD is 4, was off nursery on Friday following a restless night and a bit of a low level temp. 37.8 ish throughout Thursday night and Friday. Today she has been a bit irritable, looks pale and is off her food. Playing away though and seems ok. Not complaining of anything being sore.

I noticed her nose seemed a bit stuffy and as she regularly suffers from tonsillitis I did a quick check of her throat. Tonsils look fine, throat not red but right at the back, almost the roof of her mouth, she has lots of tiny pin prick purple spots. Not complaining at all about her throat. She's just generally off colour.

Any ideas what it could be and is it worth having it checked out? I can be over anxious re her health, so would alum the opinions out there.

Thanks everyone

How odd. No idea what it is but if it's still there on Monday I would take her to the GP in IF she's still unwell. If she's ok I would just keep an eye on her.

Thanks for replying, it is odd. It looks sore, but she says not so. When I asked her if anything was sore tonight she said her head. Has fallen asleep in our bed after some Calpol.

Thanks again, I'll keep an eye on her.
