Flu nasal vaccination side effects

Dd is 2.11 and had the flu sniff on Tuesday. Today she has been coughing, is burning up, shaking, hot then freezing, then hot again.

Anyone medically trained think I should be worried? Are they related do you think or a coincidence?

Probably a co-incidence. I would treat her as you would any other time she were ill, seek medical advice if you are worried.

My three DD has theirs about 3 weeks ago and have been fine. Some people have posted their children were ill afterwards but there will always be some children who would have been ill anyway and the timing was just unlucky.

I think what has me worried is that it is flu like and she is never ill. I imagine it would take longer to get going if it was related though

I think she has croup. She is sleeping next to me as her breathing is worrying me. Not bad enough for hospital but will book am emergency gp appointment in the morning
