Hi there, has anyone else's dd or ds had the awful sick bug with vomiting and cramps. My dd woke up with it yesterday and couldn't even keep a sip of juice down (I did a lot of laundry and floor scrubbing). In the afternoon she started to go all floppy so rushed her to the doctor. He said she was seriously dehydrated and prescribed phenergan and some rehydration sachets. The phenergan stopped her throwing up and she slept for over 12 hours last night and woke up this morning much better. She has drunk a lot of liquids today and eaten a small amount because her mouth hurts from being sick so many times.
When do you think she will be totally better and how long after she was last sick can she go back to school?
