help with ds 11 year old

help i'm at my wits end !!! this all started around 10 months ago when i got told he had hypermobility syndrome since then he has pain in his hips to the extent where he cant walk his foot as also turned in so hes constantly falling over hes had a xray which showed nothing but since they spread his hips for the xray hes not been able to wee properly then his bladder gives way and he wets himself. the pain is now also in his upper torso and he has got a apple size lump top of his spine. my ds has behaviour problems and is around 3 years behind at school we are at the hospital next week seeing a pediatrition even though gp referred us to rhumatology and orthopaedics can any one hep please as dread waking up in a morning to see what else bad is going to happen to him hes my world thanks chaz xx

Thanks I'm already in contact with them the gp is thinking arthritis plus his hypermobility xx
