4m baby with wet cough causing vomiting

DD1 (3) had a horrible cough the past fortnight, no temperature but wet nasty gagging cough.

She's now passed it to baby DD2 (almost 5 mo) who has had it two days but has got worse every day and today is vomiting huge amounts when she coughs after a feed. She doesn't have a temperature, isn't floppy or lethargic but noticeably less wet nappies ( still a few dirty) and miserable - refusing sleep and also teething which doesn't help! No sign of her struggling to get air (ribs not pulling in) although she is purring slightly and there is a crackle.

What to do? OOH? Wait and see? She is my second but my first was an exNICU so my experience is skewed.
