6month old cough cold sore throat

My 6 nearly 7 month old dd has caught a cough and cold from me, I also have a very sore throat and suspect she does too
How can I ease her pain?
She is off her milk and food too and not sleeping well

is she on calpol?

She had 2.5 ml of prescribed paracetamol in early hours, I think she can have 5 now she's over six months but wasn't 100% and she was prescribed it before six months so bottle has 2.5 on it
