I live in Portugal and friends with a 10 week old baby have asked me to order some Infacol from boots for them, as she has terrible colic and it is not available here. Is it the best solution or is there anything better?

Mine did better on gripe water. In Germany they use fennel tea. Our local European supermarket does one by Hipp but I don't think it's different to any other that adults buy to drink. Also
