My 16 month old keeps pulling the cover off the thermostat on the wall, I wasnt watching for a second and she jumped back and screamed for ages holding her hand a if she's had a shock of some sort. she obviously poked her finger in the wires exposed after pulling the cover off. I feel terrible and dont know what I should do? she's absolutely fine now but should I do anything? I dont even know if it would be an electric shock, any help would be great!

You should seek medical advice asap! Call NHS Helpline....And secure the cover!
