cure for molluscum

Dd has had molluscum for 6 mnths plus now. Have been putting tea tree oil on and thuja orally but limited success.

Recently tried putting the little compac covers that you buy for cold sores over them and this has worked a treat. They seem to die under there and dry up quickly after.

Worth a try. Defo helped dd.

Think they are all the same. So any of the cold sore 'patches'. They contain no active ingredients so all the same I reckon.
I got some from boots, think they are called Compaq or something but they are around £6 whereas the ones i got before were about £2 from Asda in a purple box.

Probably helps reduce spreading too.

Compeed was the name (just found packet!) not compaq! But as I said they are the more expensive ones and Asda did a cheaper one.

Worth a try. I still put a little tea tree oil in bath and also a little neat tea tree on each spot after bath. Then once it dries pop on the covers. Has really helped my dd.

Just realised why Asda ones are so much cheaper, they are not so good at staying on. The Compeed ones stayed on for days but Asda ones falling off with 24hrs. Think the Compeed ones are actually worth the money.
