Wobbly tooth bleeding...

Ds age 5 has his first wobbly tooth, it's been like this for a couple of weeks now, but this afternoon while he was eating an apple (I've been letting him eat as normal), it's been bleeding a little.

I phoned the dentists just to be sure that this was normal. I spoke to the receptionist, who I think may also be a dental nurse, she said it was normal but that ds is quite young to be losing his first tooth.

So now I'm slightly worried about the bleeding and also that he's a bit young to be losing the tooth.

It does look strange, there's now a biggish gap between the loose tooth and the others.

What do toher think, is the bleeding and his age usual? He's my pfb so first time I've experienced this.

All normal and perfectly normal to lose a tooth at 5. Bleeding normal, gap normal. Don't worry.
