What is good for clearing a scaly scalp?

DD 19 months has got quite bad scales all over the top of her scalp. We have been using the dentinox cradle cap shampoo and it doesn't seem to have made any difference. It doesn't seem to be bothering her but it's quite bad. Any recommendations on anything that works?

Thanks, will give them all a try. But not all at once! I've got some doublebase for my eczema, just hope this isn't eczema starting in DD
