Hi. My son has 2 teeth just coming through the gums so I need to start brushing his teeth/gums! I can't find any toothpastes without artificial sweeteners in though, unless I also buy one without fluoride.
I've heard that he should have fluoride in his toothpaste because it will strengthen the adult teeth while they are forming, but does anyone know if you can get a mainstream toothpaste without sweeteners, or should I use a natural one and just give a fluoride supplement?
