Contagious rash

Dd friend at childminders has clumps of big red spots over body. They are irritating her. Her go said an allergy. Strangely my dd has started coming up with spots. When I rubbed finger over them they clearly irritated her in sleep. Surely she can't have same allergy. Both have had pox. Any ideas what they could be?

Another child has it at childminders now. Not overly ill but dd bit pale and wiped out.

Hand foot and mouth? Highly contagious and not confined to hands, feet and mouths...

Yeah my son had it before and spots on hand do remind me if it. Spots round rest of body are quite large. Temp now developed and says hip hurts.
