One of my DTDs keeps getting little red spots on her face, especially cheeks. They come overnight and then disappear in a couple of days. They look like adult spots, but don't come to a head. Don't seem to be anywhere else on her.
Any idea? Have looked at the NHS spot checker and it's none of them.
I don't think it's diet-related - she's a really good eater and has loads of fruit/veg, so it's not sugar or anything. I guess maybe she is intolerant of something though? She does have mild eczema.
