Hi,i just wpndered if anyone could help. I jav bever used one of these forums before so apologies for rambling! My daughter (15months) had broncholitis when she was 6months. Since them she has had a long line of mild illnesses. She was under the asthma nurse for a few months and on inhalers and montelukast. She was discharged several months ago but for the past 8weeks has had a different illness each week-all viral infections. She has had a persistant cough for 4weeks and is very raspy when she breathes(not wheezy, more of a thick sounding rattle). I am getting tired of her being poorly all of the time amd want my happy little girl back. Has anyone else had similar experiences with your little ones? If so did you get to the bottom of it?

Hello
DS had broncholitis at a similar age and has had ongoing issues ever since, he is diagnosed with asthma now.
The winter months are the worse, if I were you I would book her in at the GP or with the asthma nurse again to see if she needs a short term preventer or at least a reliever
