Teething and Silent Reflux

A bit of background...
DD is 10 months old and has recently been weaned off her meds (omeprazole) at the drs recommendation. She's been fine and showed no signs of discomfort at all.
This week however, is a different story! I'm fairly sure she's teething (showing the usual signs and had her checked out today at the surgery just to be sure) and reflux symptoms are back with a vengeance!

Has anyone else experienced this, what steps did you take to reduce your LO's discomfort and to get more than ten mins sleep at once?

Yes I had this with both. I used to give incredibly weak peppermint tea - half a teaspoon in a beaker of water. Also had to watch what food they at. But mostly had to ride the storm :(
