Vicks vaporub when breast feeding

Can I use Vicks vaporub on myself whilst breast feeding?

Hmmmmm. Can't see how it would affect your milk but if its near your DCs eyes or nose whilst your feeding them it could make their eyes sting or they'd possibly inhale it.If you're not feeding frequently could you wipe it off before feeding?

Thanks. I just fed ds who doesn't always wake in the night now and as I got back into bed plastered it over my chest and then thought oh crap, if he wakes again he's going to be very close to the smell of it.
