DS (8 months) has picked up a tummy bug. He's not too ill - one bout of vomiting yesterday, two horrendous nappies today. He's reasonably cheerful though. I've offered plain food at mealtimes and extra water. He had a fever yesterday but that's gone today. It's too late to call the GP (and he's not that sick) but any advice? I've read to give him milk, to not give him milk, to give him food, to not give him food, a lot of conflicting advice. He's not had a bug before, and I have a stomach of iron and never get bugs, so I don't really know what to do.
