Diarrhoea after rotavirus vaccine

DS is 15weeks old. He had 2nd lot of vaccines 10 days ago.

Prior to this his frequency of dirty nappies had reduced to a couple of times per day and they seemed to be getting a bit thicker (exclusively BF).

Now we're back to watery dirty nappy with each feed, greenish at times. He's completely fine in himself.

Has anyone experienced similar, do you think it's related to vaccine or something else entirely?

This happened with dd. it lasted about 2 weeks then settled down. If you are worried you are best speaking to a dr.
With dd she was absolutely fine in herself and we used loads of nappy cream to try to stop her getting nappy rash.
